Everest Panorama Trek

• Pick up from the airport according to your flight schedule and transfer to the hotel (Kathmandu Prince Hotel or equivalent).
•  Introduction, briefing on the trek with the guide.
•  Lunch and dinner on your own. 
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Breakfast at the hotel then early morning transfer to Kathmandu airport for a flight to Lukla (2834 m). 
• Walk to Phakding. Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge. 
• 3 hours of walking – Elevation: +200 m / -234 m

• Breakfast in the lodge. We climb up to Jorsale (2800 m) along the Dudh Kosi. 
• After crossing the river, we continue with a steep but relatively short ascent that leads us to Namche Bazaar (3446 m), a Sherpa village with numerous shops selling local products and handicrafts.
•  Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge.
•  6 hours of walking – Elevation: +796 m / -150 m

• Acclimatization day to the high altitude of Namche as we gained a lot of altitude the previous day. 
• Situated in a natural amphitheater overlooking the rugged crest of Kongdi Ri (6187 m), Namche Bazaar is one of the most attractive settlements in the Khumbu region.
•  It is a full day of rest and security. 
• This day allows you to enjoy splendid views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, and Kwangde. 
• Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge.
•  4 hours of walking – Elevation: +670 m / -670 m

• We start our trek with a pleasant walk through the forest with magnificent mountain views. 
• We follow a spectacular path that crosses the hill above the Dudh Kosi River.
•  After an hour's walk, we reach Phungithanga. The trail passes by water-powered prayer wheels and then climbs through a forest of tall rhododendrons.
•  Musk deer can be spotted in the trees! 
• The village of Tengboche sits at 3870 m and stretches out on a wide grassy plain below a crescent-shaped ridge covered with pines and firs.
•  From the top, you have breathtaking views of peaks such as Ama Dablam (6856 m) and the over 8000 m, Everest (8848 m), Nuptse (7861 m), and Lhotse (8501 m).
•  We visit the Tengboche Buddhist monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region. Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge.
•  6 hours of walking – Elevation: +880 m / – 470 m

• We return to Shanasha where the paths to Khumjung, Gokyo, and Namche meet. 
• We climb for about 2 hours on a level path to the village of Khumjung. 
• On the way, we pass through the Khumbu valley, which is home to the largest Sherpa population in the region.
•  Khumjung is the headquarters of the development committee for several villages: Khunde, Khumjung, Tyangboche, Pangboche, Pheriche, Dole, Machhermo, Lobuche, Dingboche, Gokyo, and a few small towns. 
• We can take a short hike to the Khumjung monastery to admire the yeti scalp! Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge. 

5 hours of walking – Elevation: +490 m / -520 m

• Long descent to Jorsale passing through Namche Bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge. 
• 5 hours of walking – Elevation: +200 m / – 990 m

• We make our way to Phakding along the Dudh Kosi River before heading back up to Lukla. 
• Dinner and overnight stay in a lodge. 
• 5 hours of walking – Elevation: +200 m / -200 m

• Breakfast at the lodge then early morning Lukla-Kathmandu flight (variable schedule, subject to weather conditions).
•  Transfer to the hotel and free time in Kathmandu. Lunch and dinner on your own. 
• Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

• Reserved day in case of delay with the Lukla-Kathmandu flight. 
• Possibility of organizing an excursion outside of Kathmandu upon request. 
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Breakfast at the hotel, free time and transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.
•  Lunch and dinner on your own. End of this beautiful Himalayan adventure.
